We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

1.  Go to our online store and select all your favorite organic items from Good Earth Food Coop website.
2.  Click on the the checkout basket online to pay for your grocery items. 
If there's a product we don't have online, please leave a comment in our comment box before checkout.
3.  After checkout you'll receive a detailed order receipt via email. Save your order number and we will process your pickup within two hours during business hours.
4.  Pull up to our Curbside marked area outside and call our staff stating your order number!

Curbside pickup is offered from 10:00am until 8:00pm every day.

If at any point, an item is unsatisfactory, we will provide a full refund for the item or exchange it for a different item as long as it meets our terms listed below. We ask that you please provide your in-store or online order receipt number when returning an item from our store. 

Return Policy
-Non-perishable items within 14 days, with a receipt: store credit
-Perishable items within 7 days with a receipt, exchange
-Items without a receipt and are un-opened and not expired: store credit

Not returnable:
-clearance
-expired items
-opened item that are spoiled
-items that have been over half used

Yes, we have a variety of pantry and bulk sized foods that you can order from in-store and online. Please note that our online selection is smaller than in-store.

We offer two different types of gift cards. One can be used in-store and one can be used online. If you purchase the gift card in-store, then it can only be used in-store (not online). If you were to purchase a gift card online, then it can only be used online. If you purchase a gift card online, you will be sent an email with your unique coupon code which can be applied on the payment page in the check out cart area.

All gift cards purchased online are for e-commerce only and are not redeemable in the store.

Our store hours are Mon-Sat from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM and Sun 10am-6pm. Please note during various Holidays our store hours will be different than the hours listed here and the new hours will be reflected on the footer area of our homepage.
